Because our products are laboratory research materials and product integrity may depend on proper handling, storage, environmental conditions, and chain of custody, our return policy differs from that of a conventional retail store.

Due to the nature of the laboratory research materials we sell, products generally cannot be returned after they have been delivered to the customer.

Research outcomes can depend on many factors outside the control of Core Aminos Research, including experimental procedures, equipment, methodology, handling, environmental conditions, storage, and other variables.
Where available, Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) or other laboratory documentation may be associated with a particular product, lot, or batch.
A disagreement with an expected experimental result does not, by itself, establish that a product fails its listed specification.
If a legitimate discrepancy involving product identity, labeling, or documented specifications is suspected, contact Core Aminos Research so the matter can be reviewed.
If tracking indicates that an order has not been delivered and appears to have been lost while in the carrier's possession, contact us.
Core Aminos Research may initiate or require completion of a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Depending on the payment method, financial institution, card network, or payment processor, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
Core Aminos Research does not control the time required by a bank or payment provider to post a completed refund.
When only part of an order is affected by a verified problem, Core Aminos Research may refund only the affected portion of the order.
For example, if one product in a multi-product shipment is verified as damaged while the remaining products were correctly delivered, any refund may be limited to the affected product.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable when an order was properly fulfilled and shipped.

For an authorized return resulting from an error by Core Aminos Research, we will determine the appropriate return-shipping procedure.

Products provided free of charge as part of a promotion generally have no independent cash refund value.
If a qualifying purchase is partially or fully refunded, returned, canceled, or charged back, promotional eligibility may be recalculated.
Core Aminos Research may deduct the value of promotional merchandise from an otherwise applicable refund where permitted by law and where the original promotion clearly conditioned the free product on the qualifying purchase.
Eligible refunds for products purchased at a discount will generally be based on the actual amount paid for the affected product, not its regular retail price.
Coupons, promotional discounts, bundle discounts, and other pricing adjustments may therefore affect the refundable amount.
Products mailed or shipped to Core Aminos Research without prior return authorization may be refused, discarded, or otherwise handled as appropriate because laboratory research products generally cannot be returned to inventory after leaving our control.
