The purchaser assumes responsibility for safely receiving, storing, handling, testing, transferring, and disposing of purchased products in accordance with applicable law and accepted laboratory practices.
Core Aminos Research is not responsible for consequences resulting from unauthorized, improper, negligent, unlawful, or prohibited handling or use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, PRODUCTS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

The parties will have 30 days from receipt of written notice to attempt an informal resolution before either party initiates formal proceedings, except where immediate injunctive or equitable relief is reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this provision prevents either party from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by applicable United States federal law and, where state law applies, the law of the jurisdiction in which Core Aminos Research is legally established or principally operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To the extent a dispute is permitted to be resolved in court, jurisdiction and venue shall lie in a court of competent jurisdiction with legal authority over Core Aminos Research and the applicable dispute, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Core Aminos Research to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Core Aminos Research may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or other lawful business transaction.
Core Aminos Research shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, carrier failures, supply interruptions, government actions, regulatory actions, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, transportation disruptions, or other events of force majeure.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Research Use Disclaimer, and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Core Aminos Research regarding use of the Site and purchases made through it.
